Refund policy

At Moodboard Studios, every product is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because of this, our return and refund policies are strict.

Cancellations & Modifications

• The 12-Hour Window: You may cancel or modify your order (change size, color, or address) only within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, the order is sent to our manufacturing facility, production begins, and it can no longer be canceled or changed.

Returns and Exchanges (Sizing & Buyer's Remorse)

• Strictly No Returns for Sizing Issues: Because our items are made-to-order, we cannot hold inventory for returned items. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you order the wrong size or change your mind.

• Please check the Size Chart: A detailed size chart is available on every product page. Please measure your favorite t-shirt and compare it to our chart before ordering. Note that our 240 GSM t-shirts feature a drop-shoulder/oversized fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or features the wrong design, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

• How to claim: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please email us with your Order Number and clear photos of the defect. We will process your replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
