Processing & Shipping Timelines

• Standard Delivery: Our estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the date of order placement.

• The Breakdown: Since your apparel is custom-printed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for manufacturing and quality checks. Once dispatched from our facility, courier transit typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days depending on your location in India.

Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all orders. No additional delivery charges apply.

Prepaid Only

• To ensure the highest quality of service and fastest delivery times, Moodboard Studios currently operates on a 100% prepaid model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Failed Deliveries (RTO)

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and an active phone number. If a package is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or the customer refusing delivery, we will require an additional shipping fee to resend the package.
